In a project for the National Institute of Corrections (NIC), Connie worked with subject matter experts to develop engaging, blended-delivery versions of two correctional leadership programs (totaling 64 and 72 hours), creating all curriculum materials:  slides, learner manuals, and facilitator guides.

Connie co-led an NIC curriculum mapping process with victim services professionals to identify training outcomes, analyze job tasks, and draft the performance objectives for creating learner-centered training for new victim-offender dialogue facilitators.

Connie hosted a webinar on consular notification requirements for jails that hold foreign nationals, with a speaker from the U.S. Department of State.

Connie developed a detailed checklist for virtual event planning that emphasizes live audience engagement (e.g., polls and shared whiteboarding), virtual interaction, and dialogue.
